[streaming] How do I implement vls or vlc on a website

I would like to offer educational videos on the website I maintain what
is the best way to implement this so that the user clicks on a link of
the video they would like to watch similar to what you might see on a
news website.  My website is run under RH9.0 and Apache.  I have read
the documentation but stil unsure how to make this work.  Thank you for
any help
