[streaming] vls 0.5.3

hey are you guys still supporting this. Issues im having..
system specs:
windows xp 1.6g
1gb ram
XP


i make comment change in vls.cfg, and the vls server stops working , i 
revert and it start working again .
I looked at the .cfg file and i wanted to alter to my specifications. is 
this a BUG , or is there a way to build my own config file , which vls.exe 
will look at first
