[streaming] playing AVC file containing rtp packets

Dear all,
 From http://www.m4if.org/resources.php, I can download a reference 
software for h264 called lencode. Besides the Bytestream annex B, this 
program can generate the RTP format for the AVC content. I cannot view 
the latter one with vlc. Any hints please?
