Which version of VLC are you using ? In fact, complete support of the
PVR 250 under windows (the ability to set the tuner frequency notably)
is only available in the current SVN. The bad news is that the nightly
builds don't include the directshow input. That means that you'll have
to build a VLC yourself of you want thios feature before the next
release...
