[streaming] video Streaming technology

Hi :
I work as administrator for web site, my hosting server is (Linux
server), 
And now I need add  my movies in the web as (video Streaming
technology),
Any user or visitor to the my web site can watch the movies,
without needed to download or any player program in user computer.
Can you help me???
