Hello
I am trying to steam a video Film using Video Lan Server
I have a Passport 8600 on one site and another 8600 on the other site. I
have configured Passport 8600 to be PIM-SMM enabled. I have added a static
Channel that is the source
(172.25.10.1 to the group 232.0.1.0)
The Source runs video LAn streamer( configured to UDP multicast to
232.0.1.0) and is connected directly to one of the interfaces to of the
first 8600.
On the other site, the other 8600 is connected to a Baystack with all
ports IGMP version 2 enabled.
All the video clients are to run from the networks multicast 232.0.1.0.
With other Multicast Application things work Fine , but with video LAN
the setup doesnot work , is it a problem with Video Lan (not supported to
work with IP multicasting routing protocols)
Regards
Bassel
