[streaming] Scheme and Stats about vlc-streaming

Thank you for the schemes about vlc source code and vlc architecture. Are 
there other graphic materials(schemes, photo, blocks and so on...) which 
developers have used to build vlc?
And I also would know:
Is the control of vlc (stats during the streaming, graphics, designes 
quality of images, etc...)possible? i'm interested to vlc QoS (quality of 
service) during the streming.
