Hello; well I'm making something like you mentioned; I know that Helix
use RTSP over TCP; and I suppose that you use it to make Video on
demand (VOD); well VLC can make VOD too; but the last one don't work
if a client is behind a NAT, because the vlc use RTP protocol that
generally is over UDP.....but youi should read this???
