[streaming] Streaming from web page

Hi, first post on this list.
I have been through the archives with no luck so here's my question. My 
company is using Helix to stream videos from the website using mms 
protocol (windows 2003 server - IIS6 - asp) . Is there a way to do the 
same with VLC/S?
I have been playing with VLS and VLC to achieve this but I cannot seem 
to find the right way.

Any hint - suggestion - link very appreciated
