Hi Paul,
Here's a .dvbrc file for Crystal Palace. You'll need to change the
frequencies to match your local transmitter, but it should give you some
idea. Once you've a basic file with the correct multiplex modulation
parameters you can use it as a template for satscan (packaged with libdvb)
to produce a new file with latest channel line-up. Be sure to use the
version of satscan that comes with libdvb 0.2.2 as later versions of
satscan add more parameters to the CHANNEL line, which libdvb 0.2.2 cannot
read.
