Hello,

I have tested more possibilities with VLC and GPRS, and the results are
always the same. I can see the first image in the client, but the video
stops here and doesn't reproduce. I have tested with the port 80 in http
mode with a very low bitrate, with udp and differents attributs... The base
command that I have used is:

vlc fichero_entrada --sout '#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mp3,vb=16,

                                                ab=16,channels=2}:standard

{access=udp,mux=ts,url=IP_destino,sap,

                                                name="TestStream"}'

The speed of my GPRS conecction is 115 kbps.
