[streaming] VOD and matroska chapters

Hi,

When I make a mkv file available over VOD streaming (RTSP), everything 
works well, except I lose the chapter information that might be muxed in 
the matroska file. Is this normal, or do I do something wrong? Is it 
possible to send the chapter information and let the user navigate 
through chapters with RTSP?
