Hello,

I was told to e-mail here with a potential bug.

Windows XP
VLC 0.8.5
PVR 150
http stream

I can stream video fine when using MPEG TS encapsulation and DIV3 for
transcoding. However, when I try to use mp4v for transcoding the
messages log says:

ffmpeg warning: timebase not supported by mpeg 4 standard
  (mpeg4 at 00C6E730)
ffmpeg error: cannot open encoder
stream_out_transcode error: cannot find encoder

I have tried setting the frame rate to 0, 25 and 29.97. No of these
helped with the error. If I can give any other information please let
me know.

Thanks for a great program,

Doug
