This could be difficult for George and myself where we want to
transmit the SAP further than our campus LAN and over the Australian
Research network but NOT to the rest of the world.
At the moment my Campus network manager is filtering at the border to
stop my stuff escaping :-) (Or at least that's what he told me he was
doing :-)
TTL is a crude tool but i'm not sure what else we can do.
