[streaming] vlc segfaults on VOD streaming on m3u file

vlc --ttl 12 -vvv --color -I telnet  - f  -a trs100 --telnet-password 
videolan --rtsp-host 0.0.0.0:5554 <http://0.0.0.0:5554>
