[Translators] Question about "fb-hw-accel"

I have one question about the text for "fb-hw-accel".

HW_ACCEL_TEXT seems to be "use hw acceleration".
But HW_ACCEL_LONGTEXT says "If your framebuffer support hw
accel...snip...YOU MUST DISABLE".

I think the LONGTEXT is wrong. If it's wrong, please correct it next version.
