[Translators] VLMC - Czech translation - corrected

[Mailo]

Thank you for hint. My workaround was lupdate -locations absolute .
-ts ts/vlmc_cs_CZ.ts in root of project.

I am sorry i am now posting patches so often in so small changesets,
but i never know when i could be working on translations again. (New
czech translation update included).

I also apologise for stupid questions, but this is my first
contributing to os project.
