[Translators] Update for Slovak translation of VLMC

Hello, 
I made an update for the Slovak translation of VLMC. All new strings should be translated now and I sent the translation as commit through GIT. If you see two updates, please publish only the newest file (patch is in attachment of this message), the previous update can be ignored.
