[Translators] VLC 1.1.0 - polish is 100% now

Hi Christophe,

I just finished the polish translation of VLC - 100% translated strings!
Now the VLC player is fully translated into the polish language - after 4 years of long work!
Thanks to all the people who helped me of creating this translation!

Name[pl]=VLC media player - odtwarzacz multimedialny
Comment[pl]=Odczytywanie, przechwytywanie i nadawanie strumieni multimedialnych
