[Translators] VLC Armenian translation

Thank you.

I was afraid of the same issue that some Armenian speakers will not see
localized app (because of having hy_AM set as locale string), but if, as you
said, "Gettext is smart enough" I don't see any problem here. Thank you for
explanation.
