[Translators] Translations for VLC 1.2.0

Hi, Xtophe,
I have just finished reviewing the Simp Chinese translation. Please
find it here:

Attached are two options of the patch.
I guess zh_CN-gb18030.diff should be used, while the other one is for
an Unicode installer.
