[Translators] bug in polish.nsh

Hi
I found a code page error in the polish file of the vlc setup.

Look here:
[vlc/vlc-1.1.git] / extras / package / win32 / languages / polish.nsh

This file is coded as ISO 8859-2 but should be unicode.
The same error is found in the 1.2 git.

Can someone change that?
