[Translators] wrong string in po file for vlc 1.2.0

I found a wrong string in po file.

#: src/libvlc-module.c:940
msgid "The HTTPS server will listen on this TCP port. The standard
RTSP port number is 554. However allocation of port numbers below 1025
is usually restricted by the operating system."

The above message should talk about RTSP. So, the string should be
"RTSP", not "HTTPS".
