Hi Michael, I'm not sure this file is even updated.
Feel free to copy your translation to the more recent Transifex project
located at:
https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/vlc-trans/

The translations are not going upstream at the moment but we are working on
it and as big as this project will get the harder it is for the VLC devs to
ignore its existence...

I happen to be the project leader so just go ahead and start your own team,
we'll be delighted to have you on board.
