[Translators] Translations for the website

Hello!

There is a website.pot in the svn [1]. The mentioned translated
languages are in the respective subfolders (fr/LC_MESSAGES/website.po).

Maybe the easiest way is create a transifex account and request a new
language team here:
https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/vlc-trans/

Or you get the pot yourself and modify it (mostly replacing the header,
see the other po files in svn).
