[Translators] Turkish translations

[Erdem Peremeci - Peremeci Film]

Hello;

I want to translate, VLMC to Turkish. So I think, i can translate it
perfectly, because i'm in this industry about 11 years. So i know and i'm
sure what is the direct translations for all of video terms in Turkish, and
sure i know the Turkish users terminology...

However i know, already you are open for all of translations like this, but
when i try to translate VLMC to Turkish, i must stop for huge and scary
files... you know QT is 1.6 GB (and infact i don't know any idea about QT)
and i'm not an coder or Linux expert, so i don't have any idea about source
code, githubs etc.

In other words, -plaese- if you can supply me core / original language file
in English, i can translate it for you perfectly!
