I'm not sure what you mean.

If you have modified your .po file since you downloaded it or I sent it
to you, send it to the mailing-list so that it can be merged in the code
repository and refreshed.

If you don't have any pending modifications on your .po, you can
download a recent one from
http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc/vlc-1.2.git;a=tree;f=po by clicking on
raw and saving the file.
