The pootle translation is outdated. Do not work there.

Reason:
The messages vlc uses have changed a lot new messages became necessary.

Effect:
You work hard to translate (all) the messages, but they are not used 
anymore, so no one will ever see them in action.
You will not see the newer messages.

Number of strings in vlc 2.0:  5858

You can have Khmer in transifex, if you like:
