[Translators] Push ALL translations!

Hi

I have updated Japanese po file again.
$ LANG=C msgfmt --statistics -v -o vlc.mo ja.po
5858 translated messages.

The latest po file is available here:
http://n6a.net/vlc/2.0.2/ja.po

I updated it on transifex too.
