I do not insist on using something exclusively not-transifex. Lets use
Transifex. But let it be *ONE* place where localization is getting done.
Why? Here another technical reason: using the *SAME* glossary for the
project (oh, do we have one somewhere?) and keeping localization
*CONSISTENT*.

Now there are at least two VLC Transifex projects, and personally me
uses git to fetch pot and then something like poedit to edit it. No
glossary. No consistency. No team coordinating. No way to merge
localization back except of sending pull request or plain mail and
waiting for 2 weeks to be merged.

It should be changed.
