[Translators] wrong link on videolan.org

I found a bad link on the videolan-page. The last entry of the new version 2.1.2
has a link (More info on our release page) BUT to the old 2.1.1 version.
Please change the link to: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/releases/2.1.2.html
