[Translators] where is "Sp&eed" string for translation

In Playback menu there is a submenu "Speed" which string (Sp&eed)
I cannot find for translation. In French or German .po file (for
example) it is present, so perhaps it has been removed in development
version ? (due to some UI changes or something)

I used the raw .pot file from here:
