The Apple SDK does not allow to change localizations, that feature is only avaible for Windows.

I just installed VLC (latest version) on my MacBook Air to make some 
screenshots to beef up our user guide and to my consternation, I cannot 
locate the language selection menu anymore. I'm pretty sure it was there 
when I wrote the guide (VLC > Preferences > Language > etc) but I can't 
find anything like that just now.

Does anyone know what happened to that and how to get it back? Apple 
does not support all the locales for which VLC has localizations and not 
having a manual selection is a real problem for those.
