[Translators] Translation of key combinations

	Hello,

When a string is just a key combination, it MUST NOT be translated. The Qt4 UI 
framework does not know how keys are called in your language; it will not work 
properly. The string is marked for translation so that you can change the key 
combinations if appropriate, NOT so that you can change the name of the keys.

I know this is a problem in German whereby "Ctrl" has a different name, but 
please live with it. If you rename "Ctrl+H" to "Strg+H", the UI will actually 
parse it as simply H and confuse users. A number of Geman users have already 
complained about this.
