[Translators] lang-switch for the main page

Hi
I have updated both versions, it should be alphabetic now and changed to Select site language.
If we decide to use the native language names, we should put this string to transifex and
the translators should translate it to their native name but we must be careful with the right
code pages. I still remember the mess with the NSIS setup in the last vlc version!

ah yes, i'm sorry ;-)
For the switch itself, i think it's easiest to list languages alphabetically and by native name (if possible). That way, Dutch people will look for the N (Nederlands).
