[Translators] vlc for android update approaching

Hello!

We expect an update for the android version rather soon.
So, the translations have been updated with transifex data.

You can test the translations with a current nightly build.
As usual, there will be another round of updates, shortly before the release, so there is some time to fix/improve/complete your language.
