[Translators] VLC for Windows Store and VLC for Windows Phone: bug in translation.

Hello,
I visited VLC section on Transifex website and I saw that Winrt’s strings were translated in the main languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Dutch…). However, on Windows Store, VLC apps are only translated in American English and Japanese. Why are there only these two languages? Can you fix this bug?
