[Translators] Malayalam Translation Ready

Hi

Malayalam Language translation is almost ready to be used in a release.
It's been achieved 100% translation in the Transifex. Translation is done
for VLC 2.2. Can it be included in the next official release. If a full
review is mandatory before It can be done. Please see this link for the
