[Translators] Translators Digest, Vol 89, Issue 1

Hi, at first, best wishes for 2018!

I was in contact with Christoph (he committed the files from Tx to the code
so far) and he will update the current files form Tx to the git soon.
We will also check for the header and footer before we will push the
translations to the code, so keep your current translations at Tx.
You will be noticed when the files will be committed. It's always better to
committ them at once, in the same format instead
sending them with mail or with a patch. It is also planed to switch the
translations to weblate (translate.videolan.org) after a successful
update of the files to the git. But more info come later. Just finish your
translations at Tx and don't care about the committing right now.
