[Translators] Transifex user

[SoftInterlingua Traductiones]

Hello,

Previously i translated some strings at Transifex but i lost access to my
old account (username: softinterlingua). I created a new user to continue
translating VLC but i am still waiting to get added. My current username is
"softinterlingua1"
