[Translators] Kazakh (kk) translation

Dear team,

I would like to update the Kazakh translation for VLC. I have some
experience with localization, including Kazakh localization for Firefox,
LibreOffice, GNOME and etc.

I joined the Kazakh VLC translation team on Transifex a long time ago. I
uploaded some updates to Transifex for the VLC-3 updates.Will they make it
into the VLC repo on GitHub? I couldn't help but notice that the latest
pulls from Transifex were a long time ago.
