[Translators] Joining the Polish VLC translation team

Hello,

I’ve successfully joined the Translators mailing list and would like to
actively contribute to the Polish translation of VLC. I have experience in
technical and UX-focused translation work in open-source projects,
including Android ROMs, and I’m committed to maintaining clarity and
stylistic consistency.

Could you please let me know how to access the current Polish translation
files and what the preferred workflow is for submitting updates or
improvements?
