[ANN] vlc API documentation

   IdealX (http://www.idealx.com/), a French Open Source company, and
the VideoLAN team are proud to announce:

      the VideoLAN Client API Documentation

   This paper, targeted at developers, is released under the GNU Free
Documentation License and is available on the IdealX Open Source website
(http://www.idealx.org/index.en.html). It was written by former VideoLAN
team member Christophe Massiot (who designed and coded vlc's core input
and video decoder, and now works full time for IdealX) and can be found
at the following URL:

      http://www.idealx.org/en/doc/videolan-manuel/

   We hope developers will now find it easier to understand vlc and
write plugins for it. Note that as vlc development is still extremely
active, the document is subject to change from time to time, be sure to
check for API modifications.
