+Subject: [PATCH] libmpg123: select the NEON64 dct36 on aarch64
+
+INT123_dct36_choose() matched the neon decoder type under OPT_NEON64,
+but the aarch64 decoder type is neon64, so OPT_MULTI builds always fell
+back to the generic INT123_dct36().
