dxr3 support in VLC

I guess it will be done at some point in the future, but I doubt it will be 
before a few months.
Christophe or Sam should have a more definite answer though.

Regarding the dxr3 support, Xine is already supporting that so it would 
(just) be a question of adapting this to vlc ;-)
