dxr3 support in VLC

One of our client could be interested in dxr3 support into vlc. But it 
seems that vlc code is not ready for this, because decoders are not plugins:

"plug-ins", that is they are not dynamically loadable. The way the input 
chooses a decoder is also not final - it is hard-wired in 
src/input/input_programs.c.

Are you working on "plug-inizing" decoders ?

Our client may donate a dxr3 card for this work.
