Question about libdvdcss

I've added a new feature to libdvdcss that allows it to decrypt the disk
key on start without any player keys (Frank Stevenson algorithm); this
takes about 15 s and 64Mo of memory but afterwards, every title key is
just plain text. Therefore, we can check at each cell change that we
have the relevant title key with no overhead.

I'd like to have people's advice on whether to give the choice of the
decryption system at build time, or at runtime with an option in the vlc
for instance.
