http://www.zarb.org/~yves/vlc.spec
has been updated to support CSS-enable version.
just make sur you have %define css 1 in spec file and the libdvdcss rpms will
be build.
next step for the specfile is mad plugin (need first to mdk-rpm-ise libmad)
and i18n :)
