MacOS X port

Dear friends,

In case you didn't notice, I got my Ti :-), so I'm much more 
motivated to fix the OS X port. The most urgent things to fix are :
- aspect ratio
- DVD button (instead of command-line)
- fullscreen mode

and some other bugs. Is anyone working on any of this currently ? I'd 
prefer to avoid duplicated efforts.
