I think I have some code somewhere on how to get available CD and
DVD devices and their respective device nodes. I will see what I
can find.

Fullscreen is already implemented. Yes, I know, the menu item does
not work and should have been removed. Just make sure the video
window is active and press f.

I have made some changes to aout_macosx that I have not checked
in yet. Instead of doing int->float ourselves, we let an
AudioConverter take care of that.

I also have some misc changes and bug fixes, but they are not
related to those parts you wish to work on. I will try to get
these and the AudioConverter code checked in later today.
